All your data (company profile, plans, documents, AI prompts and outputs) is stored and processed exclusively inside the European Union under Microsoft’s EU Data Boundary. This covers Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure OpenAI – exactly the services we use.
AI Privacy – your prompts are never used for training
When you use our AI consultant:
- Your inputs and generated results stay completely private
- They are never accessible to other customers or third parties
- They are never accessible to other customers or third parties
- Everything runs inside Microsoft’s sovereign Azure OpenAI Service (not the public OpenAI API)
